Each one goes in with evidence attached, and Trustpilot makes the final decision on every challenge.

No. Genuine customer reviews, good or bad, are not eligible and we won't flag them. Fake and rule-breaking reviews are. Trustpilot's rules require fair and consistent flagging. So do we.

Reviews stay online while Trustpilot assesses them, and we track every challenge to a decision. Anyone promising overnight removal is either lying to you or breaking Trustpilot's rules with your business name attached.

No deposit, no subscription. Some companies ask for 50% up front before they touch anything. We don't ask for a cent. You pay per review, and only for the ones Trustpilot takes down. If your TrustScore doesn't go up, you pay nothing.

If a review you paid for comes back, your money comes back. We never re-flag the same review, and we'll tell you straight if there's no new case to make.
